Open my eyes so I can truly see the marvelous things in your law! — Ps 119:18 NET

Then he opened their minds so they could understand the scriptures.—“You have been given the opportunity to know the secrets of the kingdom of heaven, but they have not.”—“I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this was your gracious will.”—Now we have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things that are freely given to us by God.—How difficult it is for me to fathom your thoughts about me, O God! How vast is their sum total! If I tried to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand.—Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how fathomless his ways! For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor?… For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever! Amen.

En Hakkore [Spring of the one who cries out.] — Judg 15:19 NET

“If you had known the gift of God and who it is who said to you, ’Give me some water to drink,’ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.”—“If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me, and let the one who believes in me drink.”… Now he said this about the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were going to receive.

“Test me in this matter,” says the Lord who rules over all, “to see if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you a blessing until there is no room for it all.”—“If you then, although you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”—“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find.”

Because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, who calls “Abba! Father!”—You did not receive the spirit of slavery leading again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, “Abba, Father.”
